When I start working with my clients, we don’t even look at the numbers until a few sessions in.

That’s because my process includes a few critical pieces that build a foundation for everything that comes with looking at the numbers. (Spoiler alert - the numbers can bring up a lot of stuff!)

What’s more important than your numbers?

Your mindset.

I believe this is true with anything you are trying to improve. It is so easy to get sucked into a downward spiral and before you know it, all you can see and feel is the negativity of a situation.

But what if you chose to focus on the positive?

I’m not saying you’ll never feel negative emotions but you have the power to choose how you react to those emotions. You can lean into them, which creates more negative thoughts, or you can gently shove them aside and focus on anything and everything that is going well. Whichever you choose to focus on will expand, so why not focus on the good??

I have 4 other tips to work on before you get into a budget. Watch the full training here for free. (It’s only 11 minutes!)
